A lightweight eBike for Short People
The Tui Step-Thru e-bike is designed to fit smaller riders from 4’8″ to 5’6″. If you are 5’5″ or shorter, there aren’t many options on the market for a performance e-bike. Â The full powered e-bikes available at a bike shop that work for a small person are usually 60-80lbs. In comparison the Tui titanium step thru ebike is only 38lbs. This lightweight e-bike will feel more like riding a regular bike and will be much easier to handle for a smaller person. Having a lighter weight bike is crucial for riding performance as well as ease in loading the bike onto racks or into vehicles.

When other bike manufacturers make an ebike for short people, they simply scale a bigger frame down by shortening the top tube, seat tube, and head tube. This is not enough to truly design an ebike for small riders. Making a high-performing, comfortable bike for a small rider involves making everything on the bike proportional, not just the frame. All Tui Titanium bikes are fully proportional for smaller riders including the frame, cranks, wheels, handlebars, stem, and saddle.
Step-through clearance and supreme comfort
The Tui Step through electric bike has a comfortable upright riding position for all day rides and a sloped top tube to make it super easy to get on and off the bike. The battery is easily removable, which takes another 8lbs off the bike, making it even easier to load onto a bike rack or into a vehicle. The elegant titanium frame and anodized graphics are beautiful and will never rust or corrode.

Design
Fully redesigning small bikes to be proportional in every way
Lennard Zinn has been designing and building custom gravel bikes for big and tall cyclists, petite women, cyclists with injuries, and everyone else since 1982.
Our Tui ebikes for small people are designed to be 100% proportional to the rider. Proportional crank length is at the heart of all of our custom bike designs. Tui Bikes come with crank lengths from 140mm to 165mm, so we can properly fit riders from 4’8″ to 5’6″. When building Tui ebikes for small riders we also build them with smaller wheels and narrower handlebars and with plenty of standover clearance for short legs. Lennard has developed great frame design concepts to address and solve all of these issues and more. A Tui bike will be lightweight and smooth riding, and will fit like better than any other bike short of going with a fully custom Zinn Bike.
