We are now offering custom titanium anodizing on all Zinn custom titanium bikes. We are also anodizing titanium bike frames from other builders. We can anodize any titanium component or really just about any titanium product.

This is a unique process that allows us to create a colored surface on titanium. The anodizing process alters the metal surface using electrical current. Different voltages are used to create a variety of colors, including silver, bronze, purple, blue, gold, rose, and magenta. Far from compromising the metal, this actually creates a harder surface and is less susceptible to scratching.

As opposed to sticker-based decals, titanium anodizing lasts forever. It results in a classy look that is imparted with your unique style. With your very own design on your bike, everyone will be able to see that your custom titanium bike is truly one of a kind.
